How Our Catch-Up Process Works
Our 4-step process ensures your accounts are reviewed, cleaned and ready for BAS or tax time so you can move forward with confidence.
While the 15 minute discovery call is free, all work after that is billed at $88 per hour including the Xero review, catch-up work and any extra training or ongoing bookkeeping you choose.
Discovery and Review
The first step is for us to connect on a quick 15 minute call. We will then quote you the time it will take us to review your account and come up with an action plan (typically 1-2 hours). After that, you'll receive a clear action plan and quote for the full clean up work.
Clean Up Your Accounts
The next step is to clean up your accounts. Working directly with you, we’ll fix errors, reconcile bank accounts, tidy up transactions and ensure your Xero file is in top shape. For this step to work, we need you to provide information and answers to questions when needed.
Reports and Summary
Once everything is up-to-date, we’ll can provide accurate Xero reports and a clear summary of the work we completed so you know exactly where your business stands financially.
Optional Ongoing Support
The final step is to ensure your accounts stay clean. If you want to engage us to do your bookkpeeing regularly we can provide you with quote tailored to your needs.
